Booking & Pricing

Booking is easy! You can reserve online through our booking form, call us at (973) 687-0807, or email [email protected]. We’re available 24/7, and most bookings take less than 2 minutes. You’ll receive instant confirmation with all your trip details.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital payments through Stripe. For corporate clients, we also offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms upon approval.

Every ride includes a professional licensed driver, fuel, standard tolls within our service area, and a modern well-maintained van with climate control and Bluetooth audio. The only extras are gratuity (15-20% suggested for great service) and parking fees at certain venues.

What you see is what you pay. We provide transparent pricing upfront—no surge charges, no surprise fees, no games. If there are any additional costs (like extended wait time or out-of-area tolls), we’ll discuss them with you before they’re added.

For most bookings, we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, with the balance due on the day of service. Corporate accounts with approved credit terms may be invoiced instead.

Cancellations & Changes

We require 72-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes! Changes to pickup time, location, or passenger count can be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled ride at no charge. For changes within 72 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, with 72-hour notice of cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations within 72 hours, refunds are handled case-by-case depending on circumstances. Flight cancellations, medical emergencies, and other extenuating circumstances are always considered.

Vehicle & Capacity

We have two passenger van options: our 14-seater Mercedes Sprinter van accommodates up to 14 passengers, and our 12-seater passenger van holds up to 12. Both provide comfortable seating with ample legroom and climate control. For groups larger than 14, we can coordinate multiple vans.

Our vans have generous luggage capacity! If you have oversized items like ski gear, golf clubs, or multiple large suitcases, let us know during booking so we can assign the right vehicle.

We’re based in Newark and serve all of Hudson County, plus New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and beyond. Popular destinations include Newark Airport (EWR), JFK, LaGuardia, NYC, the Hamptons, Catskills, Poconos, Berkshires, and Philadelphia. If you have a destination in mind, we can get you there!

We specialize in recurring shuttle services for medical centers, clinics, and long-term care facilities. Whether you need daily shift-change transportation or scheduled inter-facility transfers, we can set up a custom plan with preferred corporate rates.

Yes! Airport transfers are one of our most popular services. We provide door-to-door transportation to Newark (EWR), JFK, and LaGuardia airports. We track your flight in real-time and adjust pickup times automatically if there are delays. Flat-rate pricing available for most routes.

Absolutely! We regularly transport groups to Vermont ski resorts, Pennsylvania wineries and Connecticut.

For best availability, we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (wedding season May-October, ski season December-March).

Safety & Drivers

Every driver is professionally licensed with a clean driving record, background-checked, and experienced. We carry full commercial liability insurance and are fully compliant with all New Jersey Department of Transportation regulations. Your safety is our top priority.

No problem! For airport pickups, we track your flight in real-time and automatically adjust our arrival time if there are delays. There’s no extra charge for reasonable flight delays; we’ll be there when you land. Just provide your flight number when booking, and we handle the rest.

If you’ve had a great experience with one of our drivers and want to request them for a future trip, absolutely! Just mention it when booking. While we can’t always guarantee a specific driver due to scheduling, we’ll do our best to honor your request. All our drivers maintain the same high standards of professionalism and service.

During Your Ride

Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks and beverages. We provide trash bags and ask that you help keep the van clean. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the vehicle.

Yes! Multiple stops are no problem; just let us know your itinerary when booking.

No worries! If your plans run longer than expected, we charge our standard hourly rate for additional time. Your driver will let you know when you’re approaching your scheduled end time, and you can decide if you’d like to extend

Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is greatly appreciated for excellent service. Standard tipping is 15-20% of the total fare.
